Brittney Griner Fights Back Tears As She Admits Marriage to Glory Johnson a "Huge Mistake"

In a sit down interview with ESPN, Brittney Griner admits her marriage to fellow athlete Glory Johnson was a huge mistake that she wish she didn't go through with. The WNBA champion also talks her wife's unexpected pregnancy and their domestic violence arrest.

"Prior to us getting married, I knew I didn't want too, I shouldn't have went through with it ...Sometimes you feel pressured into things, and I went along with it. And I know I shouldn't have. It was a huge mistake. I just knew it was a mistake."
In April, the couple was arrested and booked on assault and disorderly conduct after they got into an argument at their home in Goodyear, Arizona. Despite the circumstances BG and Glory were married two weeks later, just for an annulment to be filed 28 days later based on fraud.

Shockingly enough Glory Johnson announced that the pair were expecting their first child together a day before BG filed for their split. The baby news was a shock to her.
"It was definitely a surprise. It's very early. It's too early to post or say anything about it and I was surprised."
Recent court documents obtained by TMZ claim Griner says she has no biological connection to the baby, and she's clueless to the key details about Johnson's pregnancy.

Last May, Glory Johnson went on record stating she wasn't a lesbian. Could this have played a part in the pregnancy and split?
"I'm not a lesbian, but Brittney is different. I still don't really feel like I'm attracted to females in general. It's just that I'm attracted to just one person." Glory told The Times. "It was weird, but it was so comfortable it didn't feel like it was wrong, but I didn't know how I was going to tell my family and friends."
