Floyd Mayweather is denying that he put the 'Dre. Beats' on his baby mother Josie Harris in 2010, even though he served time for the alleged domestic abuse. In an interview with Katie Couric, the boxer assures that Harris has been lying about the abuse for years - despite his son accusing him of abusing his mom in their Los Vegas home, too.
In 2010 Harris was hospitalized for injuries to her face and arms. Minus the evidence Mayweather swears all he did was restrain Harris, whom was high on drugs.
"Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? No, that didn’t happen, ...I look in your face and say, 'No, that didn’t happen.'" He tells Couric. "Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that’s domestic violence, then, you know what? I’m guilty. I’m guilty of restraining someone."
Mayweather went on to say the reason behind his conviction, despite the photos of Harris battered body is because of his status:
"I’m black. I’m rich. And I’m outspoken. Those are three strikes right there."
